Sylvie Couture, General Manager Expertech

Sylvie Couture is currently serving as General Manager of Expertech.  Before joining the Expertech team in September 2011, she was Director of Complex Project Delivery on the Bell Business Markets' team. Sylvie completed over 25 years of service at Bell where she held a variety of positions. She started at the Technology Development and the Network Engineering departments, then she held different positions related to the company's investment programs.  In 2003, she worked for Bell Nordiq and held two key positions as Vice-President of Network Provisioning and Chef of Technology.  In 2007, she went back to Bell as Quebec prime for Field Services and managed a team of over 1,000 people in charge of the installation and repair of the business market, in addition to the cable and central office maintenance. 

Sylvie graduated from the University of Sherbrooke in electrical engineering and seats on the Board of Directors of the Centre international de recherches et d'études en management (CIREM) since 2007.
