Lynn Loewen, President and CEO
Lynn Loewen brings a wealth of financial, operational and management expertise to Expertech. At Bell Canada, Lynn was Vice-President, Finance for the Operations group and earlier served as Vice President, Financial Controls for Bell Canada Enterprises. She has also been a member of the Expertech Board of Directors since 2006. Prior to joining BCE, she spent 15 years with Air Canada Jazz and its predecessor, Air Nova. She served as Chief Financial Officer of both companies and as Chief Operating Officer of Air Nova. Lynn was recognized with the much coveted “Canada’s Top 40 under 40” award and in 2007, was named as one of the top 100 most powerful women in Canada by the Women's Executive Network. Lynn graduated from Mount Allison University with a Bachelor of Commerce and became a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) in 2006. She is actively involved in supporting post-secondary education in Canada and she chairs the Board of Regents of New Brunswick’s Mount Allison University, in addition to serving on its Executive and Human Resources Committees.

Karen Hunt, Vice President, Human Resources
Karen Hunt has more than 30 years of experience with Bell and Expertech in a variety of leadership positions, including Executive Director of Industrial Relations at Expertech, where she has worked with unionized staff and management to deliver effective human resource solutions. She has a diverse background, with extensive labour relations expertise in the roles of strategist, negotiator, and facilitator as well as proven leadership abilities within Expertech's Human Resources department.

Annie Ménard, Vice President, Operations East
Annie leads Expectech’s Canadian Operations in Quebec and the Atlantic provinces. She has more than 25 years of management experience at Bell Canada, most recently as General Manager, Service Provisioning in the Operations Group. While there, she achieved considerable improvements in service quality while significantly reducing costs. Annie has held numerous positions in various operational areas such as network planning and provisioning, customer service, product marketing and service assurance. She has a bachelor of Engineering Physics from Laval University and has completed Masters level courses in network engineering at the University of Toronto.

Mike Mifsud, Vice President, Operations Central and West
Mike has over 30 years of solid Operations experience, starting his career as a technician with Bell Canada and progressively advancing to the position of General Manager, Network Provisioning. His experience spans everything from budgeting, forecasting, project implementation and managing testing, repair and dispatch functions. Mike has an excellent understanding of customer requirements and is committed to maintaining Expertech’s leadership in quality, technical expertise, customer service and delivery of services.

Nicolas Siou, vice-président, Finances et administration
Nicolas leads Expertech's Finance, IS/IT, Quality Assurance and Asset Management support and services. He is a chartered accountant with 20 years experience, including 13 years with Bell Canada International and Bell Canada. His expertise includes financial management and analysis as well as corporate planning and strategy. Prior to joining Expertech, Nicolas was Director, Finance for the Bell Operations Group.
