	Jacques Robichon, President & Chief Executive Officer Jacques joined Expertech in September 2005 following a 23-year career with Bell Canada where he held numerous executive positions, most recently as Vice President, Wireless Network Operations. Jacques is driving Expertech's growth with a continued focus on quality, service and performance, as the company continues to leverage its experience and expertise to expand its customer base in Canada and the US. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Ottawa and is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He currently serves as a Board Member for the Fondation Marie Enfant and is Patron for Vélo à Notre Santé (Hôpital régional de Saint-Jérôme).
	Karen Marner, President, Expertech US and Vice President, Finance and CFO Karen has 17 years of financial experience and is skilled in many facets of finance including planning and analysis, budgeting, performance management, strategy as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Expertech, she had a successful career at Bell Canada holding senior financial positions with Bell Mobility, Bell Distribution, Bell Nexxia and the Systems & Technology business unit, where she was Chief Financial Officer for three years. In her role as Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Karen is responsible for leading Expertech's Finance, IS/IT and Contract Management groups.
	Karen Hunt, Vice President, Human Resources Karen Hunt has more than 30 years of experience with Bell and Expertech in a variety of leadership positions, including Executive Director of Industrial Relations at Expertech, where she has worked with unionized staff and management to deliver effective human resource solutions. She has a diverse background, with extensive labour relations expertise in the roles of strategist, negotiator, and facilitator as well as proven leadership abilities within Expertech's Human Resources department.
	Michael Mifsud, Vice President, Operations Mike leads Expectech’s Canadian Operations, managing a team of more than 1200 technicians, managers and support staff located at some 80 work centers. He has over 30 years of solid Operations experience, starting his career as a technician with Bell Canada and progressively advancing to the position of General Manager, Network Provisioning. His experience spans everything from budgeting, forecasting, project implementation and managing testing, repair and dispatch functions. Mike has an excellent understanding of customer requirements and is committed to maintaining Expertech’s leadership in quality, technical expertise, customer service and delivery of services.
