Expertech offers complete 24/7/365 cable restoration services. Regardless of the size and difficulty of the project, however great the pressure, quality is never in question.

Customers can call the US Call Centre or Network Operation Centre (NOC) in Canada, following a cable cut and subsequent service interruption. Expertech will respond with restoration personnel on site immediately and apply our controls and procedures to prompt the customer for pertinent information regarding core damages and problems.

Expertech will dispatch the required skilled people, vehicles and tools to complete the restoration work. All major material such as cable and closures will be furnished by Expertech, if requested. Expertech will track time, activities, minor materials, consumables and vehicles required to provide a fully reinstated telecommunications network.

Once the service is restored, the Call Center/NOC will be informed for tracking control and logging of information for reconciliation and statistics analysis.

Expertech is committed to providing our customers with on-going emergency restoration service. With over 50 work centers across North America, Expertech can react and repair networks with minimal interruption. Our proposed emergency restoration service is available 7 days per week, 24 hours per day within a mutually agreed upon time-frame. A flat rate will apply for the service, with a minimum charge of 4 hours for each call.
